How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, you can register the return via the link below:


From March 1, 2024, an attached form will be required to process returns. This form is necessary for returns to be processed. (available through the link)

Below you can find our return conditions:

1. Returns are only possible within 14 days after receipt of the order.


2. The cost and risk of the return are for the buyer; damage or loss in transport is not the company's responsibility.


3. Returned items must be returned in good condition and their original, unopened packaging. We do not accept opened packages, and these will not be refunded.


4. If you were entitled to a volume discount due to the purchase amount, it is possible that the purchase amount falls below a certain discount scale due to the return shipment. As a result, the discount may be partially or even completely cancelled. This is settled with the credit.


5. In case of return, you will receive a credit in your shopping cart which can be used for a next order.

Please note that you if you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if you fail to collect your parcel from the access point within the appointed time, both the shipping and return costs will be at your own expense. These costs will be deducted from the amount that is to be settled.
